Many travelers have access to Priority Pass lounges through their premium cards. The Centurion® Lounge Network is expanding with recently announced lounges scheduled to open at Ronald Reagan Washington International Airport (DCA), Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), & Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). One of the perks that makes flying so much better is having access to an airport lounge. The 2 hour rule violates the terms with which I and many others signed up for an astronomical fee. The main reason I signed up for the AMEX Platinum was for Centurion lounge acces in SEA-TAC during long layovers, since Priority Pass access to Alaska lounges is usually cut off.
